No whining today

It occurs to me that I use this format to whine a lot.

I whine about the things I don't think I can talk about elsewhere, or things that I just need to organize my thoughts about.

Not today. Today I want to talk about my Male Primary. I was inspired by several things I bumped up against today while cruising LJ and other sites, and as such this is a kind of a love letter about him. I'll go ahead and put a cut in it. You have been warned...

REAL GAY RIGHTS MEME (Parody alert, if you haven't seen it)

We would like to know who really believes in gay rights on livejournal. There is no bribe of a miracle or anything like that. If you truly believe that gay men should be allowed to own guns, then repost this and title the post as "REAL Gay Rights". If you think gay men should stick to interior design and hairdressing, don't post this in your journal.

I believe that gay folk should have the same rights as non-gay folk.
Being an American, this means that gay folk should be allowed to bear arms (or arm bears) if they choose to. In fact, I strongly recommend that all peoples of so-called alternative lifestyles should be armed and dangerous. That way, no one will mess with them or threaten to remove their rights! An armed society is a polite society, right?

Also, with regard to the wording of this and the original post...
I believe that there are rights which may have some kind of alternative lifestyle, and if those rights want to do unusual things to other consenting rights, then they ought to do so.
